The shape of blade is a kind of “切付 KIRITSUKE” type. The blade of 150mm length is very nice size and utility.
The BOKASHI finished beautiful damascus blade is TAKEFU SHIRO (white) #2 core /multi-layer damascus steel.
This knife is forged by a skilful craftman in 越前武生 ECHIZEN TAKEFU.
