The water-based pigment ink in these Akashiya SAI ThinLINE brushpen is fade-resistant and waterproof when dried, which is great for outlining watercolor works. With the pen held vertically, the extra fine tip draws thin line. Used at an angle, the brush can make a broad, smooth stroke. Very responsive due to the easy-to-handle synthetic fiber brushes ending in a tip, handmade by skilled craftsmen.
